Reminder Regarding PIN Requests: When requesting PINs via email, please allow 24 hours to have your PIN sent to the email address you have entered in I-Billing. If you are requesting a PIN to be sent by mail, please allow appropriate time for mail delivery as postal service in some areas may be experiencing delays due to the impact of COVID-19. Important Notice Regarding Immediate Changes to Provider Rates and Billing: Effective July 18, 2021 through September 30, 2021 (Pay Periods 116-120), current Licensed and License Exempt Child Care Providers will submit billing based on enrollment instead of attendance. Providers will also receive a supplemental payment which includes a retro 40% increase to provider rates effective fiscal year 2021 (pay periods 021-120). CDC provider rates have been increased retroactively for FY21 for the PPs of 022 (10/11/2020-10/24/2020) through PP 120 (09/12/2021-09/25/2021). If a provider billed for any of the applicable PPs, their billings are being reprocessed for supplemental payments. Supplemental payments are expected to go out as single payments beginning Thursday, September 2, 2021.

532,621 billings/payments have been reprocessed for 5,696 providers. A total of 588 payments were marked as Unable to Process, and are under review for resolution.
