Call Center Late Opening Notice: The CDC Call Center will open at 9:00am on Friday, September 20, 2024.
Update to Provider Billing Guidance page: We've redesigned the billing guidance page to make it easier to find answers to your common questions. Visit the new CDC Provider Guidance.
Payment Delay: Due to the Labor Day Holiday, CDC payments that would normally be issued on 9/5/24, will be issued on 9/6/24.
CDC Call Center Closure:The CDC call center will be closed Tuesday, September 10th.
New Call Center Hours: The CDC call center hours are 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:30pm Monday-Friday.
I-Billing Notice: The same child may appear multiple times when entering your billing information. If this occurs, only enter billing once per child. We are working to correct this issue.
Providers submitting billing are timing out before the PDF invoice displays. Also, if using the "back" button, the Date Submitted may not appear and hours entered are not stored on the billing screens. We recommend providers use the Save & Continue feature to save their hours while we correct these issues.

CDC Call Center: During high call times, callers may get disconnected after hearing a message indicating for them to wait for an available agent. This occurs when the number of incoming calls exceeds the number of available agents. If this should happen, please try your call again later.
