Child care providers have a requirement to complete ongoing health and safety training annually. The Child Development and Care program is offering an additional opportunity to complete the required Michigan Ongoing Health and Safety Training Refresher 2020 for providers who did not complete the training. The training must be completed by 2/24/2021.

Enrollment for License Exempt providers who do not take this training by the 2/24/2021 due date will be CLOSED. Any providers closed for failure to complete this training will be required to submit a new application and follow the enrollment process to provide child care and receive payments in the future.

DON'T DELAY! Click here to register for the Michigan Ongoing Health and Safety Refresher 2020.

As you are navigating the online trainings, please note to receive credit, you must reach the final slide and click on "Click Here to Complete this Course" in the green box.

If you have questions about this required training, contact the CDC office at 866-990-3227.

If you need assistance with MiRegistry, email support@miregistry.org.

Notice: Grants are being awarded on a first come, first serve basis (determined by when an application was submitted and verified as complete). MDE will post a list of grants that have been approved for payment. Once all funding is expended, MDE will contact any applicant we are unable to fund to notify you. To check the status of your grant application payment, please go to CARES Grant Payments Submitted to Treasury for Processing.
