Unable to open PDFs: Providers have reported they are unable to open PDF files and receive an error message indicating "Report failed to generate after 50 retries." Technical support is working to correct the issue. Thank you for your patience.

March 1, 2024: All licensed providers are required to have an Enrollment Agreement on file for CDC children. See Child Development and Care (CDC) Handbook (michigan.gov) page 23 for more information and link to the agreement.

I-Billing Update: New feature now available on the I-Billing system to ease your access to information regarding case status. On the I-Billing invoice screen you will see the child's name, benefit start date, benefit end date indicating Ongoing, total number of approved hours for child and family contribution amount. The system will change the word "Ongoing" from blue to red when the child is within 30 days of benefit end date. When you notice the color change talk to the parent and make sure they are working with their eligibility specialist to redetermine eligibility.


Tax Reminder: CDC staff can only help with statement of benefits. All other tax related questions concerning filing your taxes should be directed to your tax preparer or the IRS..

CDC Call Center: During high call times, callers may get disconnected after hearing a message indicating for them to wait for an available agent. This occurs when the number of incoming calls exceeds the number of available agents. If this should happen, please try your call again later. The answers to many of your questions may also be found in the CDC Handbook.

System Compatibility: I-Billing is not compatible with the Safari browser. Please make certain you are not using the Safari.

Providers submitting billing are timing out before the PDF invoice displays. Also, if using the "back" button, the Date Submitted may not appear and hours entered are not stored on the billing screens. We recommend providers use the Save & Continue feature to save their hours while we correct these issues.
