Important I-Billing News: Access to I-Billing will soon only be available through MiLogin. Providers who already have an MiLogin account are encouraged to add I-Billing to their existing accounts if they have not already done so. If you do not already have an MiLogin account, you will need to create one to continue to access I-Billing once the transition is complete. Licensed Providers: To request a duplicate 1099, you should call Treasury - Office of Financial Management at 888-734-9749.

Check/EFT Issuance: The estimated check/EFT issue date is listed on the CDC 2025 2025 Payment Schedule at www.michigan.gov/childcare. Payment information may be viewed by logging into I-billing and selecting the View Statement of Payments button. Note for Check Payments: CDC cannot guarantee an exact delivery date by the Post Office. Payments issued by mail require a 10-business day grace period before a check can be reissued. Please wait to call CDC until the grace period has been met if a check needs to be reissued.

CDC Call Center: During high call times, callers may get disconnected after hearing a message indicating for them to wait for an available agent. This occurs when the number of incoming calls exceeds the number of available agents. If this should happen, please try your call again later.
