I-Billing Access: I-Billing is now accessible via MiLogin. Child care providers will be able to create an individual MiLogin account, or use their existing one to access I-Billing. For more information on MiLogin or how to add I-Billing, please visit Provider Billing Guidance Licensed Providers: To request a duplicate 1099, you should call Treasury - Office of Financial Management at 888-734-9749. Check/EFT Issuance: The estimated check/EFT issue date is listed on the CDC 2025 2025 Payment Schedule at www.michigan.gov/childcare. Payment information may be viewed by logging into I-billing and selecting the View Statement of Payments button. Note for Check Payments: CDC cannot guarantee an exact delivery date by the Post Office. Payments issued by mail require a 10-business day grace period before a check can be reissued. Please wait to call CDC until the grace period has been met if a check needs to be reissued. Update to Provider Billing Guidance page: We've redesigned the billing guidance page to make it easier to find answers to your common questions. Visit the new CDC Provider Guidance. Call Center Hours: The CDC call center hours are 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:30pm Monday-Friday. CDC Call Center: During high call times, callers may get disconnected after hearing a message indicating for them to wait for an available agent. This occurs when the number of incoming calls exceeds the number of available agents. If this should happen, please try your call again later. The answers to many of your questions may also be found in the CDC Handbook.
