Call Center Hours: The CDC call center hours are 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:30pm Monday-Friday.

CDC Call Center: During high call times, callers may get disconnected after hearing a message indicating for them to wait for an available agent. This occurs when the number of incoming calls exceeds the number of available agents. If this should happen, please try your call again later.
